swimming
Throughout the first semester we were in the pool learning to swim. We learned many different types of strokes but one that i worked on most of the semester was doing the streamline. A streamline is when you put both of your hands straight forwards and you keep kicking nonstop until you're at the other end of the pool. While doing a streamline you have to stick your head out of the water once in a while to make sure you have enough oxygen and don't feel unconscious. When you want to get some air while swimming you have to stick your head out from the side meaning that only one ear should be out of the water.
